Dave Payne is a business educator and consultant with over 20yrs of experience. Dave has provided strategic guidance, research, and tools development for clients in the beverage, building, communications, education, energy, pharmaceutical, publishing, retail and technology industries. He has an ongoing consulting practice, and has completed strategic IT and sustainable business projects for companies such as AutoDesk, Coke, Harvard Business School Publishing, IKEA, Shell, State Street Bank, and musician/artist David Bowie. As an Instructor in the Center for Education on Social Responsibility (CESR), he teaches MBA courses such as Topics in Sustainable Business (MBAX 6570) and Socially Responsible Enterprise (MBAC 6000), and recently co-developed a Certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility program, which is offered in Boulder and Denver. Earlier research interests include system dynamics, organizational learning, and environmental policy.
