  • Walker Sampson's research interests includes digital object and media preservation, especially video games and other creative object preservation. Of particular interest in creative and aesthetic object preservation are the tools, languages and technical constraints employed in the making of the final object, and what relation such aspects may have to authorial intent, identity and users' comprehension. Along with digital object preservation, he is also interested in the preservation and representation of the cultural and technical history of computing.
