This course is an introduction to the use of corpora for linguistic analysis and natural language processing. A major focus is the development of computational skills, preparing the student for CSCI 5832 (Natural Language Processing). Previous completion of LING 1200 or CSCI 1300 highly recommended. Same as LING 4200.
