Develop your English language proficiency through service-learning projects in the community. Give presentations about your culture to local high school or elementary school students, help in an exercise class for the elderly, plant flowers and vegetables at a local garden that serves the community, or prepare and give food to the poor at a food bank. There's also the opportunity to collect needed items for the local homeless shelter and deliver them.
