  • My research has focused on depression and resilience among children, adolescents, and adults. I have had a particular interest in cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, and mindfulness interventions. I have also been focused on depression in medical populations, especially in the realm of HIV/AIDS.

    Provides a foundation in research methodology to give students the ability to design, conduct, analyze, and present (both verbally and in writing) an empirical study in psychology. Allows students to be effective producers and consumers of research.
