This course is intended to prepare students for their leader development journey and passion project. The course is most useful when taken before or concurrently with the completion of the passion project. Students will learn how leader development is conducted in organizations, and continue their own leader development journey. The course will focus on reflection, encouraging students to reflect and make sense of their leadership experiences thus far, and prepare for future experiences. The class will also give students a framework for how to think about leadership as they prepare to enter the workplace. The end goal of the class is to accelerate students' leadership development as the leave the university.
