Jennifer Bird-Arvidsson's performance career includes a wide variety of roles in the operas of major and lesser-known composers, spanning the Baroque through the Modern repertoire in English, Italian, German, Latin and French. She is a specialist in character study and dramatic expression in singing. Professor Bird-Arvidsson also regularly performs in recitals and oratorios. She is increasingly in demand throughout the US as soprano soloist, particularly in large choral and orchestral works.
