abstract

  • The article presents information on the government speech doctrine reform. It states government speech to be exempted from free speech clause scrutiny on which the Supreme Court had offered clearest expression in the court case of Johanns v. Livestock Marketing Association. It informs that Johanns marked on the recognition and importance of government speech by exempting free speech clause challenges by private speakers.
