Since the launch of BDW in 2009, my research has focused on the impact of tech disruption on the creative industries. In 2017, the tangible manifestation of redesigning higher education for the 21st-century global economy resulted in the launch of CMCI STUDIO. CMCI STUDIOprovides a working example of my research into innovative learning environments for higher ed. My industry-focused research has centered collective creativity and the future of work and play, which is an extension of my work within BDW from 2009 through 2015.
