    Primary Instructor - Spring 2019
    Focuses on voir dire, opening statement, direct examination of witnesses and cross examination.
  • LAWS 7115 - Juvenile Justice
    Primary Instructor - Spring 2018
    Covers a wide array of issues dealing with the legal rights of the unborn, children and juveniles. Covers the legal status of parent-child abuse, delinquency and crime, and emancipation.
  • LAWS 7449 - Juvenile and Family Law Clinic
    Primary Instructor - Spring 2018 / Fall 2018
    Examines the world of child welfare from the view of the child client, by representing their best interests in abuse and neglect cases. As Guardians ad litem, students will represent children in abuse and neglect cases from the beginning, at the temporary shelter hearing, through the conclusion of the case at a permanency orders hearing. May be repeated up to 8 total credit hours.
