Dr. Hovey’s research centers on improving computer and information science in higher education. His research specifically looks at addressing systems within higher education to improve recruiting and retaining undergraduates and graduates, as well as strategies for increasing faculty adoption and meaningful use of research-based teaching and reform practices.
