I am interested in the solution of multi-scale computational physics problems on high-performance supercomputers. Applications include global climate models, atmospheric science, rotating fluid systems, astrophysics, and soft condensed matter systems. Methods include Galerkin element methods, immersed boundaries, and deep neural networks.
