  • Dr. Cooperstock is a concert pianist and recording artist, who specializes in performing and teaching contemporary American solo and chamber music. His violin-piano duo, Opus Two, has recorded important works by George Gershwin, Aaron Copland, Leonard Bernstein, Paul Schoenfield, Robert Starer, Lowell Liebermann, and John Fitz Rogers and performed them across the U.S. and worldwide, on six continents. Dr. Cooperstock's most recent recording project, Leonard Bernstein: Complete Solo Works for Piano, was released by Bridge Records in June 2017. In 2018, two works from the Bridge CD were borrowed by Deutsche Grammophon to complete their Bernstein complete works box set.
