Dr. Russell Cropanzano conducts research in two related areas. His principal work investigates workplace emotion and mental health. His other research stream explores the antecedents and consequences of organizational justice perceptions.
ORGN 3010 - Negotiation and Conflict Management

Provides an opportunity to learn and practice the foundational skills of negotiation and conflict management. This class provides a set of conceptual tools for diagnosing problems and obtaining agreement in difficult situations. Theoretical frameworks from Game Theory get explained and mastered through class simulations. Students will learn to identify and strategically execute a set of options that allow them to obtain their business objectives while building effective and harmonious work relationships. ORGN 4020 - Hiring and Retaining Critical Human Resources
