    Primary Instructor - Summer 2023 / Summer 2024
    Focuses on teamwork effectiveness and collaboration. Students will understand what affects team outcomes, how to maximize a team�s effectiveness and how to create a company environment that fosters collaboration and teamwork as they develop their own teamwork skills while learning to develop the skills of their employees' and colleagues'.
  • MBAC 6003 - Foundations of Leadership
    Primary Instructor - Spring 2024
    Focuses on leadership theories and concepts, including individual and organizational elements in different leadership situations. Explores leadership principles, values, and ethical boundaries, why leaders lose their way and how to avoid derailment. Engages students in developing a leadership brand.
  • ORGN 3010 - Negotiation and Conflict Management
    Primary Instructor - Fall 2021 / Fall 2022
    Provides an opportunity to learn and practice the foundational skills of negotiation and conflict management. This class provides a set of conceptual tools for diagnosing problems and obtaining agreement in difficult situations. Theoretical frameworks from Game Theory get explained and mastered through class simulations. Students will learn to identify and strategically execute a set of options that allow them to obtain their business objectives while building effective and harmonious work relationships. Formerly MGMT 3010.
  • ORGN 4020 - Hiring and Retaining Critical Human Resources
    Primary Instructor - Fall 2018 / Fall 2019 / Spring 2021 / Fall 2021 / Spring 2022 / Fall 2022 / Fall 2023
    Allows students the opportunity to practice conducting job analyses and then use this information to develop employee selection and performance appraisal systems. Provides thorough coverage of employers' equal employment opportunity and affirmative action obligations, as well as various approaches to gender, cultural, and ethnic diversity. Formerly MGMT 4020.
  • ORMG 7830 - Research Design and Methods in Management
    Primary Instructor - Spring 2022 / Spring 2024
    Introduction to research design and commonly used methods in management and organizational research. Covers the fundamental building blocks of research, provides the basics of a number of analytical techniques, and presents considerations important in analyzing multivariate data in organizational research.
