- Dejun Tony Kong (Ph.D., Washington University in St. Louis) is an Associate Professor of Organizational Leadership and Information Analytics in the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder (USA). His research focuses on promoting cooperation and prosociality largely through the lens of trust in various contexts (e.g., negotiations, leadership, organizations, entrepreneurship, cross-cultural settings), positive psychology in organizations (e.g., gratitude, humor, authenticity, passion), and behavioral ethics (e.g., moral emotions, prosocial/antisocial behaviors, diversity/equity/inclusion).
