My research is focused on the effects of cardiovascular and metabolic risk factors, HIV-1 infection, periodontal disease and spinal cord injury on vascular endothelial cell function and repair. In addition, my laboratory studies the effects of lifestyle and pharmacological interventions on vascular endothelial cell biology.
